We are delighted to share a momentous occasion that took place during the final days of Ramadan, as Kaalmo's Eid Clothing Fundraiser brought joy and hope to 500 children in need. The event, held between the 6th and 7th of April 2024, marked a heartfelt collaboration between Kaalmo and our dedicated young female goodwill ambassador from North America.

The provision of Eid clothing, including shirts, pants, shoes for boys, and outfit sets and shoes for girls, was made possible through the generous support of individuals like Amira and Hibo, two remarkable young school girls from the Somali Diaspora Community in the USA. Their commitment, alongside our supporters, donors, and partners, enabled us to extend a helping hand to orphaned and underprivileged children, ensuring they could celebrate Eid al-Fitr with dignity and joy.

The Eid clothes provision event was graced by the presence of Minister Adar Ismail from the Jubaland Ministry of Women and Human Rights, who offered poignant remarks in support of the initiative. The Minister's words underscored the significance of empowering and uplifting vulnerable communities, especially during moments of celebration and unity.
